You can run or walk your 5K anytime, anywhere now through November 30th. All your race goodies ship straight to your door. This option allows for maximum flexibility when planning your own race day.
Starting from the moment you sign up, you can engage with fellow runners in our Facebook Community Group, train with others in the free Strava club, and share photos on Instagram.

The Fall-natic Challenge is a challenge where you run/walk three 5K's on your own and score a unique challenge medal for each. You'll complete one in September, one in October, and one in November.
The Virtual 5K is a traditional, one-time 5K that can be completed anytime, anywhere this fall. It includes a lightweight tech hoodie, finisher medal, and bib.
The Virtual 5K can be done by itself OR you can add-on the Fall-natic Challenge in conjunction with it.
Similarly, the Fall-natic Challenge can be done by itself or alongside the Virtual 5K.
tl;dr the Virtual 5K scores you a lightweight tech hoodie, finisher medal, and bib, and is done only once during the fall. The Fall-natic Challenge scores you 3 medals for completing 3 separate runs.Still stuck? ~70% of participants choose to do both the Virtual 5K + Fall-natic Challenge (max bling!)

I’ve been doing the pumpkin run virtual 5K for years, and it truly is my favorite fall tradition. I look forward to it every fall!

I love Gourdy's Pumpkin run. I do it virtually every year. My only complaint is that shipping starts too late if you do the fallnatics. I didn't receive my packet until mid September. Which granted, it's still in September but, it makes it a little harder if you're trying to plan with local friends. And it wasn't shipped in the box that was advertised. Although not a huge deal per se but, my bib was creased from being smooshed around in the plastic bag. Otherwise, everything is great. But it would be nice if they brought back the cider packets.

I’m so excited to start my Pumpkin Walks. The badges are super cute and this is my first time participating in this event, so I’m taking it slow. I thought I’d splurge and buy a shirt, but when I got it, it’s HUGE 😢, and I used your size chart. Needless to say I’m bummed that I won’t be wearing it while I’m doing my walks. Other than that, it’s a cute way to get out and enjoy the outdoors.

I'm so happy with the quality of everything that arrived. The shirt was actually true to size. I wish I would have ordered a size or two smaller but you just never know. My fault not Gourdy's. But, I love the pattern and quality. I'll just wear something under it.

Awesome tshirts and medals, and we enjoyed our 5k even though it was hard. The pumpkins also enjoyed it! The medals definitely helped with the motivation not to cut it short! They are really lovely and are metal so fantastic quality. Well worth doing and we will consider doing it next year as well!!

The sizing and quality of the hoodie fabric is nice. It's quite comfy and true to size. The medal is cute as well. The paper number I received was quite bent due to mishandling during transport, but it's okay. I should've ordered the tough pumpkin medal as well since I completed my race with a pumpkin in hand.
