The Fall-natic Challenge is a challenge where you run/walk three 5K's on your own and score a unique challenge medal for each. You'll complete one in September, one in October, and one in November.

The Virtual 5K is a traditional, one-time 5K that can be completed anytime, anywhere this fall. It includes a lightweight tech hoodie, finisher medal, and bib.

The Virtual 5K can be done by itself OR you can add-on the Fall-natic Challenge in conjunction with it.

Similarly, the Fall-natic Challenge can be done by itself or alongside the Virtual 5K.

tl;dr the Virtual 5K scores you a lightweight tech hoodie, finisher medal, and bib, and is done only once during the fall. The Fall-natic Challenge scores you 3 medals for completing 3 separate runs.

The majority of our participants don't run their 5K. Instead, they set a goal to complete it whether by walking, jogging, or a mix of all!
